Empowering young men and women including the under privileged by enhancing their employability and entrepreneurship skills while inculcating holistic values blended with tradition and modernity.

Provide world class skills training with balanced training of head, heart and hand as envisioned by Swami Vivekananda to develop confident, committed and competent young men & women.


 

MISSION STATEMENT

Trustworthy Institute for Community livelihood enhancement : Peerless Skill Academy aims to get recognised as one trustworthy Institute that is revered for it’s contribution in community livelihood generation.

A strong skill eco-system for sourcing skilled resources in the country : Would strive to emerge as a strong brand for supply of skilled resources by making relevant industries/services looking at us for support through a strong network and skill ecosystem that it will create.

Engage with Govt, Corporate, Society to match aspirations: Would engage with Govt and Corporate to create a network to ensure that skilling is relevant as per market demand and carry out engagement activities in the society to appropriately create awareness for right kind of livelihood generation matching the local aspirations.

A centre of excellence for Knowledge resources and high quality standard : Peerless Skill Academy will emerge as a centre of excellence by creating a strong knowledge base for skilling in India and evolve high standard of delivery as benchmark for others.

Stakeholder value proposition : Ensuring that it provides exciting value proposition for all its stakeholders.


PHILOSOPHY

Both Peerless and Ramakrsihna Mission considers ‘Communities’ as key stakeholder, as these are impacted by the operation and activities they are engaged wit. Peerless Skill Academy (PSA) would endeavour to enhance community livelihood by creating skilled resources for the community and facilitate their absorption in employment or vocational sector through several tie ups and other programs. 

PSA would also enhance livelihood and employability by integrating them in the supply chain and the eco-system that will be created through various programs. In doing so it would collaborate with partners in several capacities. 
The programs will be so initiated that these besides generating goodwill, creating positive image and enhancing brand value of Peerless and its collaborative partners, would position as responsible organisation.


 

PEERLESS & RAMAKRISHNA MISSION COLLABORATION PHILOSOPHY

Peerless and Ramakrishna Mission (RKM) who have so far been engaged individually in skill education and community livelihood creation considers to engage into collaborative association through proposed Peerless Skill Academy (PSA). 

Both Peerless (through PSA) and RKM propose to associate themselves and collaborate towards delivering services through a shared philosophy, broadly envisioned as :

Getting engaged for the purpose of vocational/skill training under NSDC certified programs.

Cooperation and promotion of skill education in the country and training in areas as would be mutually decided.

Work closely together together as partners and create quality standards in skills development industry and set benchmarks for others to emulate. The Parties wish to demonstrate how collaboration at institutional level can create a big difference in promotion and delivery of skills development. The Parties will leverage their respective strengths and complement each other in their efforts.

Focus to reach out to the youth, women, downtrodden, underprivileged and empower them through acquisition of skills relevant to some identified trades, leading to employment, self employment or entrepreneurship.

Getting engaged for high class delivery of programs for skill development related to certain identified sectors and trades;
Participating jointly in various pre and post training activities like mobilisation, campaigns, placement,skill demography monitoring, forward and backward integration activities to facilitate employment/ self employment/ entrepreneurship development, corporate connect etc.

Actively associate in facilitating creation of skill eco system in the demography of certain centres to ensure forward and backward integration by involving related stakeholders.


PEERLESS SKILL ACADEMY : Journey so far

The Journey has just began. PSA in collaboration with Ramakrishna Mission (RKM) has commenced its journey with ten centres of RKM and eight other centres where Peerless Group has presence. RKM has long heritage of vocational training across India. Peerless group also has deep presence in rural hinterland in India and worked for livelihood generation as part of its business model for several decades. With this collaborative journey we propose to bring in high quality standard as per benchmark set by NSDC and get the students NSDC certified. PSA and RKM signed collaboration MoU on 30th November 2017 and PSA set its journey from 16th December 2017. Formal inauguration of PSA skill development project has been made on 14th April 2018.
